The School of Professional Advancement (SPA) organized a successful industrial visit to K&Ns Frozen Food on Monday, 26 th June 2023. The K&Ns is a multinational poultry and frozen food company located at Manga Raiwind Road, Lahore Punjab, Pakistan. The visit commenced with a presentation by K&Ns focusing on the company’s introduction, product line, its growth rate, and overall performance status. The opportunity to witness various operations involved in the production, packaging, and distribution of frozen food products was entirely a new experience for the UMT Faculty and Students. The tour not only allowed us to gain valuable insights into the operations of a successful frozen food company but also provided us with a deeper understanding of the challenges and complexities involved in the industry. The interactive sessions and discussions with the K&N’s General Manager, Mr. Adnan Hakeem and his staff further enhanced our knowledge and sparked thought- provoking conversations among our group. The visit proved to be highly beneficial for both the faculty of UMT and Students.
