Introduction

Human resources are the real assets for any organization. BPS specialization within Human Resource Management (HRM) is designed for participants who are seeking to excel within the field of talent management. This concentration seeks to inculcate HRM skills and capabilities in the participants. The major thrust of the core specialization is to train a group of professionals who are academically strong and judicious in their planning to contrive human resource for the best output while possessing the capacity to work in a challenging environment.

Admission Criteria

  • Intermediate or Equivalent (12 Years) qualification with minimum 45% in intermediate and no 3rd division in previous academic career as per UMT criteria.
  • In case of O level, A level, American High School Diploma or any other equivalent foreign qualification, an equivalence certificate from ICBCC is mandatory.
  • In case the foreign diploma/transcript is in any language other than English or Urdu, an officially translated copy of the diploma/transcript is mandatory.
  • An officially translated copy is then verified by the degree awarding institution, respective foreign ministry or an authorized public notary.
  • 50% passing marks in Admission Test and Interview are required for admission.
