Aleena Shuja is a lecturer based in School of Professional Advancement (SPA) at University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore Pakistan. She is also the member of Case and Research Unit (CRU) that has been established in SPA-UMT. As a member of CRU, she is working as a researcher aimed at cultivating experiential and problem based learning practices through the scheming of corporate tales and transfiguration of projects and theses into academic papers & teaching cases of charismatic quality to conjoin academia with the corporate world.
Aleena Shuja has presented her research papers in both ISI listed national and international conferences. She has authored cases on areas of logistics management, human resource management, financial issues and knowledge management. She is also a member of editorial team of OTR.
