The MPS Organizational Development and Consultancy (ODC) program equip students in the arts and science of managing strategic change. The field of OD focuses on behavioral science aspect of organizational systems, helping facilitate anticipate and manage change by first diagnosing the issue and then bringing change by participative and organizational development approach. This degree will prepare students, through a combination of academic training and practical application, for responsible leadership positions in business, government, human services, and other organizational settings.
It will help participant to become OD expert and also helps in building critical and strategic thinking skills and effective consulting services from the perceptive of problem base learning. It enabled them to deal with complex, ambiguous challenges in a changing environment and do effective workforce planning and talent development. It aspires them to discover new paths to transform workplace culture and look for new angles to empower human resource. It equips participants with the skills necessary to add value to their organization
Any 08 courses will be taught, depending upon the requirement of the time. One (01) research course is compulsory.
