2nd International Conference on Action Research in Multidisciplinary Perspective of Technology, Social and Business Sciences is based on the theme of empowerment of participants, collaboration through participation, acquisition of knowledge, and social change. A cyclic process of inquiry-based action that follows iterative processes of evaluation, investigation, and analytical research methods, towards stiff organizational dilemmas. Therefore, action-based research incorporates the lenses inquiry of both subjective and objective reality towards organizational development.

In organizational setting Action research allows researchers to reflect upon their ideas and experiences and make decisions that best suit their clients’ needs, which based on a collaborative problem-solving relationship between researcher and client which aims at both solving a problem and generating new knowledge. The practitioners can gain enhanced and improved benefits by applying it to their real-life workplace projects so as to realize the upgraded transformations in their own tasks and practices. The academic approach assists researchers to improve education practices. The motive is to serve as an impetus for action with the reflective process of inquiry and knowledge generation, to create new practices in multidisciplinary fields of social sciences, humanities, education, business, and information technology.

It is simultaneously concerned with bringing about change in organizations, in developing self-help competencies in organizational members and adding to scientific knowledge

It is a multidisciplinary conference which provides opportunities for both academics and practitioners from a range of disciplines to share their research. It aims to provide the excellent venue for the exchange and sharing of ideas, researches, studies, experiences, and other academic pursuits and endeavors.
