Dr. Naveed Yazdani

Educationist, Consultant, Speaker, Trainer & Editor-in Chief: Organization Theory Review (OTR), specialist in Change Management, Organizational Development and Organization Theory, Dr. Naveed Yazdani is Director of School of Professional Advancement (SPA), University of Management & Technology (UMT). He is also Program Chair, Master of HRM and Associate Professor of Management. He has more than 25 years experience in the field of management, consultancy, top level administration and education.

He has completed PhD from University of Management & Technology, Lahore, MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and MBBS from King Edward Medical College, Lahore. He has authored multiple case studies with areas of organization theory, management education, human resource management and organizational development and consultancy. He is also editor-in-chief of Organization Theory Review, journal by SPA.

Talha Zubair Ahmad Khan

Talha Zubair Ahmad Khan is currently designated as lecturer in School of Professional Advancement (SPA), University of Management and Technology (UMT). Before joining as a permanent member of UMT, he has served as a visiting lecturer in Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan and University of Management and Technology. In addition to lectureship, Talha Zubair Ahmad Khan is also the head of CRU in SPA.

He has completed BBA from Air University, Islamabad and MBA from NUCES, FAST Lahore. Currently, he is also a PhD scholar. He is also affiliate of George Mason University and has presented his research papers in ISI listed national and international conferences. He has written cases on various areas as strategic management, organizational resilience, resource and pedagogical improvement, and school leadership. He is also deputy chief editor of SPA’s journal Organization Theory Review.

Aleena Shuja

Aleena Shuja is a lecturer based in School of Professional Advancement (SPA) at University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore Pakistan. She is also the member of Case and Research Unit (CRU) that has been established in SPA-UMT. As a member of CRU, she is working as a researcher aimed at cultivating experiential and problem based learning practices through the scheming of corporate tales and transfiguration of projects and theses into academic papers & teaching cases of charismatic quality to conjoin academia with the corporate world.

Aleena Shuja has presented her research papers in both ISI listed national and international conferences. She has authored cases on areas of logistics management, human resource management, financial issues and knowledge management. She is also a member of editorial team of OTR.
